The staff here was super friendly and really helped us out with some great tips. Our king room had everything we needed, like a microwave, air conditioning, and an iron - it was so comfy! 🌟

New-fashioned absolutely spotless rooms, they are provided with the master bedroom, Iron plus fire place. The location is great, 2 miles from World Waterpark. Plus it's set in the safe area.

The restaurant was excellent for the complimentary breakfast here, I had hot dishes. The bathroom was fairly clean, I appreciated that. The location was great for exploring Edmonton. Had brunch in the Zesty Bar & Grill, located nearby...

Room was properly cleaned, but the breakfast was not great 🥯. The view was not impressive either. The staff, however, were amazing and quick in fulfilling any requests made.

The location was perfect - just a short walk from all the places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was good, with hot options like yogurt and scrambled eggs. The staff was attentive and made sure the space was kept clean.

Staff and location here were great. There were a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a TV set in the room, loved that. Everything was perfect and within 15 minutes' drive of Edmonton Municipal airport. Overall good stay for the price.

I was in town for a family funeral.Other family members were also joining me at the hotel. The staff were extremely courteous / understanding as we waited for various members to arrive. The restaurant on site (staff and menu) was excellent and adjusted menus for dietary concerns and late night meals. Rooms (2 queens) were very spacious, clean, and housekeeping courteous / cooperative with meeting our needs. The pool and hot tub / jacuzzi were bonus on a "down moment". All facilities were very clean and well maintained. Location of hotel to main rounds was excellent...but slightly set back from the traffic so very quiet. Since we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, we appreciated the "rate" we received and would highly recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel was perfectly clean and had professional and extremely helpful staff. The food was good, well priced.The location was wonderful and excellent, near to adjoining restaurant, West Edmonton Mall and lots of restaurants in the area and the outskirts of the city.

Great continental breakfasts. Competent staff. Perfect, brand-new room with a private bathroom. Shower, hairdryers, and towels provided.

The heated pool and parking onsite are great amenities. The rooms are well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and reasonably priced. I appreciated the separate bedrooms and laundry facilities. The staff were helpful. The hotel's location next to the mall, restaurant, and bus stops is convenient.
